Our Approach
Through facilitating workshops & practice spaces, organizational design & capacity building, supporting leaders, stewarding cohorts & communities of practice, and conflict facilitation & 1:1 coaching, we help:
Teams clarify and affirm their shared purpose and ability to work together effectively, moving from dysfunction to alignment, from avoidance to engagement.
Organizations live their values in practice, going beyond “saying the right thing” to actually creating the kind of life-affirming and vision-aligned cultures where we practice into the futures we're working to create.
People feel more trust and are willing to take more constructive risks when there are consistent, fair agreements and processes that they have confidence in.
Reduce burnout and increase ease because conflicts get resolved rather than dragging on, and clear processes eliminate the drain of figuring out "how we handle this" every time something comes up.
Develop skills to clear tensions and navigate challenges with care and commitment, building the kind of resilience movements will need for the long haul.
About Us
Jovida Ross
Jovida has over 20 years of experience working with groups to creatively address complex questions and develop proactive, visionary, whole-systems solutions. She designs participatory, generative processes and experiential learning to support groups to meet their goals. She has worked with a diverse range of teams, from small restorative justice circles to complex, multi-stakeholder strategic initiatives involving community organizations, public entities, and philanthropy. Her history spans efforts to generate community-based solutions to violence, queer liberation, reproductive justice, ecologically-responsive and just economies, and climate resilience; the through-line is a deep belief that together, with commitment and intention, we can reorganize our world to support our mutual thriving.
