We support leaders to do the organizational and inner work required to confront and transform unconscious habits (which often overlay dominant culture habits), and create and implement the necessary organizational structures to shift organizational culture for the better.

Leaders leave:

  • More confident in their own grounded power and voice, with increased ability to accept and integrate feedback without collapse. They leave with supportive practices to connect to their own sources of strength.

  • Skilled at successful and honest courageous conversations. They give more regular, appreciative, constructive feedback. They feel more confident tackling conversations with their colleagues before tensions bubble over into conflict.

  • Having shifted internalized supremacist decision making habits and put in place systems and structures to support equity, which leads to repair of trust with colleagues.

  • Having detangled the web of conflicts they’re part of, understanding what is theirs to hold and take accountability for and change, and what they might like to request from others, and how power is woven through all of it.

  • Clarifying decision making practices so that staff step into their power and have clarity on which parts of their work they have full autonomy over, reducing confusion and tension around role (which often overlays with race & other axes of power)

  • With systems to address accountability issues within their groups/orgs and confront the barriers to implementing these systems
